JourneyDance: Move Your Body

Advance registration is required. 

Join instructor Cynthia Greenfield in a freeing movement experience. Start with a short sharing, visualization, and stress-melting stretches. You will be led into easy, soft, fluid movements, and then guided to move intuitively on your own. All genders, body types, and energy levels are celebrated. No dance experience required.
