Our current 18,000 square foot facility was built in 1994 on the North Asheville site of the original Asheville JCC, which was founded in 1940.  Our facilities include five preschool classrooms and adjacent playground, a Kosher kitchen, a 3,000 square foot gymnasium/social hall (with stage and 1/2-court basketball), meeting rooms, and administrative space.

Outdoor Pool
Enjoy summertime fun at our 25-Meter Outdoor Pool, conveniently located in North Asheville.  We are open 7 days/week from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and facilities include locker rooms, a diving board, baby pool, picnic shelter, propane grills, designated lap lane, and weekday lap swims.  Our friendly, certified lifeguards set the tone for a warm and inviting environment, and private swimming lessons are available.  Click here for membership information.

Parties and Events
Our 3,000 square ft. social hall, with stage, can seat up to 200 for receptions and is available to members as well as the general community.  Our pool is an ideal location for your summertime soiree.  JCC Members can also rent the gym, playground, or pool for birthday parties.  Rental rates are reasonable and member discounts are available.  Contact Natalie Kramer at ext. 108 or natalie@jcc-asheville.org to arrange a tour.

Youth Hostel
Chaperoned student groups are welcome at the JCC, which is equipped with kitchen and shower facilities, locker rooms, and comfortable sleeping space.  Pool and outdoor grilling seasonally available.  Contact Natalie Kramer at ext. 108 or natalie@jcc-asheville.org to arrange a tour.
