Strategic Directions
A. Develop Program Assessment and Strategy – Evaluate programs in light of the organizational values, goals, quality, and determine how to make programming more intersectional
B. Deepen Collaboration and Allyship and Expand Community Engagement – Partner with other organizations to strengthen each other and develop more allyship within and outside the Jewish community
C. Strengthen Messaging and Communications – Market our message and mission, prioritize storytelling, redesign the website, streamline communication tools, and create a communication plan
D. Grow Internal Capacity – Develop a technology strategy, develop better performance standards, prioritize staff development and internal staff work culture and cohesion, and grow a culture of volunteerism
E. Increase Financial Sustainability – Strengthen and expand diverse fundraising, ensure financial permanence, assess staff compensation, increase member/family financial accessibility to JCC offerings, and assess financial risk management
