Deep Water Fitness Classes

Tuesdays 10-11 AM / Thursdays 10-11 AM

Deep water fitness classes are aquatic aerobics workouts performed in the deep end of a swimming pool, where participants are fully submerged and their feet do not touch the bottom. This creates a high-intensity, no-impact exercise environment that builds strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Attendees must be comfortable with deep water.

Shallow Water Fitness Classes

Fridays 10-11 AM

Shallow water fitness classes are aquatic aerobics workouts performed in the shallow end of a swimming pool. It is a great entry point into water fitness for beginners and non-swimmers. This is a low-impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

J Masters

J Masters is not a traditional masters group that focuses on competition. We’re a safe place where adults can improve their swim stroke. Where they can swim with other like minded athletes. 

Adults of all ages and abilities join J Masters before dawn on Friday mornings building a supportive community for swimmers looking to grow. Some of these 20 adult athletes refine their strokes for personal growth, while others train for competition.
