After School Hours and Transportation
JCC Kids operates from 3-6 pm Monday-Friday and follows the Asheville City Schools calendar. Transportation is available from Isaac Dickson, Ira B Jones, and Claxton. Transportation from other schools (such as Vance, Hall Fletcher, and others) may be able to be arranged by contacting your child’s school and requesting that the JCC is added to their bus route.
Full Days
Throughout the school year, JCC Kids offers full-day programs on most scheduled and unscheduled Asheville City Schools closings. Full-day programs operate from 8am-6pm and include field trips, special activities, cooking projects, and more.

Registration Options & Rates
All JCC program participants must be active JCC annual members. The JCC annual membership fee is $50 per child and $75 per adult. Parent are not required to be JCC members for their children to participate.
Advance registration is required for the JCC Kids program.

Billing Policies
Tuition fees are based on your child’s enrollment schedule. Actual attendance and pro-rates do not apply. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. We allow for a 15-day processing grace period.
Every JCC Kids family must have an account on our secure, web-based system (Daxko) with a valid card on file. You can access your account through our website 24/7 to register, access statements, make payments, and schedule automatic payments. We try to do everything we can to assist our families, but tuition past due 30 days will result in a 5% late fee and possible interruption of your child’s enrollment. Outstanding balances over 45 days will be charged to your credit card or referred for collection. Returned checks and credit card chargebacks will be assessed a $25 processing fee.
Schedule Changes:
Schedule change requests must be made in writing to the Youth & Teen Director by the 15th of the month and will go into effect on the 1st of the following month. Only one schedule change is complimentary each year, and every change thereafter will incur a $100 fee.
